Salon Vouchers are a product created by RewardPort and given to corporate firms as incentive for their customers. This voucher is not sold individually, and can be ONLY received by the corporate.

A2) After you have logged on to https://justherbs.rewardzpromo.com, click on "Registration" tab, and fill in your required details. On successful completion, you will receive an authentication code within 24 hours. Once you get your authentication code, you can go ahead and do the booking.

A3) Kindly log on to https://justherbs.rewardzpromo.com, click on "Booking" tab, and give your preferred choice of location and date. Our Customer Support Team would get back to you within 48hours of your booking date.

A4)You will receive your authentication number within 24 Hours after registering yourself on the website. The number will be sent to you on the email ID or via sms.

A5)You will have to enter this authentication code at the time of booking your treatment.

A6) NO. Registration can be done only through www.makeover.salonrewardz.com.

A7)The validity is mentioned in the Terms & Conditions. If you try to redeem your voucher after the date is over, it would not be accepted.

A8) Once you have completed the booking process, your voucher code via SMS/Email.

A10) Once you have given us your preferred location and date, the customer support team would give you best salon available in the vicinity and provide you with a specific voucher.

A11) The service you get is complimentary from your corporate. Please Note: the treatment given to you is paid for. But, if you take any other treatment at the same salon, you will have to pay the difference.

A12) It is always to take prior appointment before going to the respective parlor to avoid any disappointment.

A13) It can be any like Haircut from the drop list, Manicure or Pedicure.
